Roundtable – PCI x Les Ingénieuses

On September 25, Myriane Lacasse, Discipline Lead at PCI, hosted a roundtable in collaboration with Les Ingénieuses de l'ÉTS, a student group that promotes the place of women in engineering.

During the session, Myriane shared her career path, the challenges she has overcome, and what she finds most rewarding about her work in industrial automation. The discussion with the students covered practical topics such as the job market, career development, and what the job is really like in the field.

Events like this one are invaluable: they build connections between today's professionals and tomorrow's, offer a range of perspectives, and encourage more women to consider a career in engineering.

At PCI, we are proud to support the next generation of women in engineering and to help build a more diverse and inclusive industry. Thank you to Les Ingénieuses de l'ÉTS for the invitation, and to all the participants for their curiosity and enthusiasm!
